Ginger Friesen, owner, Synergie Personal Training Studio
Ginger Friesen is an American Council of Exercise certified personal trainer. Her accreditations include lifestyle weight management consultant, personal trainer and group fitness. Since 1998, Ginger has guided countless clients into achieving healthier lifestyles. Her positive attitude is infectious, and she is dedicated to helping her clients reach and maintain their goals.
Ginger lives in south Moorhead, Minnesota with her husband Michael and their two miniature schnauzers Fritz and Frazier. Ginger and Michael grew up in the Detroit Lakes, Minnesota area and love spending time with their families on the lake. They enjoy vacationing in tropical places, hiking, biking, snorkeling, and soaking up the sun’s rays.

Developing a healthy lifestyle program for my clients came directly from implementing changes in my own life. Rachel Shambaugh, personal trainer
Rachel Shambaugh is an American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer. Rachel works with her male and female clients to accomplish their fitness goals, including:
- Weight loss
- Pre and post natal fitness
- Toning and conditioning
- Marathon and event training
- Strength training
- Flexibility
Before becoming a personal trainer in 2001, Rachel worked as a health and physical education teacher for a suburban Minnesota high school. She also coached basketball and track.
Rachel received a double major in health and physical education from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota. She lives in Fargo with her husband Lance and their son Drew.
