FAQ & Fees

When did Synergie open?

Synergie opened November 1, 2006.

What makes Synergie different from the area’s health clubs/fitness centers?

The mission of Synergie Personal Training Studio is to give clients a complete mind, body and spirit studio experience. Synergie believes that to accomplish this, the whole person must be trained. The physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of one’s health need to be addressed collectively, not singularly. Synergie’s philosophy and studio setting set it apart from the area’s health clubs and fitness centers.

What sort of credentials do the personal trainers at Synergie possess?

Each of Synergie’s personal trainers has attained certification from the American Council on Exercise. For more info, see the Synergie Team section of this site.

What amenities does Synergie offer?

Synergie’s amenities include a private meeting room, a locker room with a shower facility, and bathrooms as well as a separate area for Pilates and yoga. The studio features all new strength and cardio equipment. Cardio memberships are available for those clients who wish to use the cardio equipment outside of their strength training sessions. With a $25 monthly fee, clients can enter Synergie seven days a week from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Access is granted via a security key.
